Situational urbanism
The structure of the new residential environment defines a new identity in the area along the Klessheimer Allee in Salzburg, Austria.
The resultant dia¬logue between the subtile and modern building structure creates a fascinating situative urban texture with high-quality green areas. . These facts allow us to create a very specific address with various perspectives and framed views
These outside areas are characterised differently and emphasise the high value of the development. At the periphery of the building site they are defined as public areas. In the inner parts they are developed from half public areas to private and individual areas including terraces which belong to the ground floor flats of the residential construction.
The entire site ist free from individual motor car traffic. The residents have their private car parking in a subterranean parking garage. Our new residential arrangement is connected by a cycle track along existing wheel track to the public cycle track net.
The dimensions of the individual buildings form a homelike environment and create the relation to the human scale.
The colouring of the buildings demonstrates both self-assurance and independence.
The overall impression of the new created space communicates both, width and intimacy, an inviting and reliable atmosphere.
