The Hai Phong tower is a complex mixed use development with several uses in a compact plot, the circulation and people access was the main challenge to address for the different components of the development (hotel, apartments, offices, retail and conference facilities), different levels are used, including the roof of the retail and conference, to give back green spaces to the tower users and having different zones for the different uses.
The tower itself is treated by uniting 3 floors so as to make the scale more human, a glass floored observation platform and restaurant floor divides the main tower uses and offers access to both users above and below that floor.
