71 homes in Dalfsen

A big undertaking in Dalfsen where 71 homes are being built by order of housing service Vechthorst. De homes are fitted with the biggest size FAKRO windows supplied yet, 131x50 cm. The windows offer an enlarged ventilation system and are (standard) equipped with a Police safety label and FSC wood. The project is characterized by its unique design. The facade runs early on into the roof, tiling starts after 50 cm. To realize this special design Van Dijk Construction first build a mock-up in it’s joinery to ensure all connection details of pans, zinc and masonry fit perfectly.
