The project for Merama's new headquarters consists of the renovation of two floors in a commercial building on Avenida Paulista.
Due to the size and urgency of employees occupying the new space, the project was divided into 3 PHASES.
PHASE 01 consists of the renovation of the entire upper floor of the complex, this floor being the main access to the headquarters.
On this floor we had several meeting rooms and a reception. The idea was to have a great impact on the reception with the entire brand identity, the corten steel panel was painted white to soften and brighten the reception, bringing greater space to this environment.
In the rest of the rooms we maintained small multipurpose meeting rooms.
PHASE 02 incorporates the entire main area of work of employees. The idea was to keep some work tables that already existed in the place, but make the arrangement more relaxed and collaborative. Since before these workstations were all compartmentalized.
In this way, we created different work areas with collaborative tables, benches overlooking the large windows, booths for calls, lounge areas, among others. Making the work environment very flexible and attractive.
Finally, PHASE 03 consists of creating a decompression area that would also work for workshops and large company meetings. The big challenge here was to turn a relatively small area into a multifunctional environment. Thus, we created flexible furniture that consists of several modules that function either as a stand or as work benches, in addition to having casters, making moving around the space easy and practical.
In addition, for this area, the clients wanted a very urban and fun environment, which maintained the relationship with the rest of the rooms, but which went further and reflected the company's concept. So we created a large wall of licks with arts developed by our visual identity team focused on the Merama brand in a playful and relaxed way.
