Located along the Harbor Channel, the site defines the southeast quadrant of Zhanjiang's new CBD. The project design strengthens identity through responsive urban design which establishes key linkages with the surrounding context, while massing and spatial relationships create meaningful public space.
Two towers frame the development's waterfront edge, providing a dramatic image from the Harbor Bridge. A signature 180 meter tall tower anchors the northeast corner while a 160 meter tall tower occupies the southeast corner. Between the towers, two fluidly shaped 5-star hotels engage a multi-block retail mall. The 180 meter tall tower's facades drapes over the commercial structure to cover an open air galleria. With a total of 820,000 sqm, the project also includes residential towers and low-rise housing occupying the site's interior and defining the western edge.
