Located on the ground floor of a condominium building, the apartment to be converted had the charm of the 1970s, but also its drawbacks, with few generous bathrooms and a circu- lation made up of lobbies and corridors that consumed a lot of floor space.
At the request of the new owners, the project includes a new front bathroom, in place of a very small bedroom. This situation offers the great advantage of bringing a second day to the existing bathroom, thanks to a large fluted glass open- ing.
The kitchen has also been redesigned to integrate the adjoining hallway area and turn it into a hinged space, widely open to the living room and more fluid in its organization.
