The growth of city density causes change in carefree residential streets which located between two universities into commercial atmosphere. Low-rise single-family homes are transforming into middle story buildings and apartment houses. Thus, conflicting of contradictory terms is inevitable to convert into commercial district with established stereotype as a residential area.
To adapt to the existed system, the attitude of commercial and residence mixed space should react to the given condition of the earth. The form is created automatically when the restriction of height and scale reflect an absolute terms which organize space. The quality of residence faculty is guaranteed by itself rather than expecting concession of neighbors. The opacity skin is equipment which imbibes the light in complicate city.
