The residential building represents the composition from the simple geometrical blocks which cross themselves and visually connected by white "tape". Each block has its own type of windows that gives additional contrast to facades. The application of texture matrix is provided for creation of textured surface of external panels. There are half-open green terraces on the roof, which is untypical for panel construction, providing inhabitants of the house with places for lounge.
