Office interiors at M.G.Road, Gurgaon

The office is located in a corporate park on mehrauli-gurgaon road within a close proximity to the famous mall street of Gurgaon, offering an optimal environment for working opportunities. The requirement was a unique combination of high end material and high end technology set within a strong space planning. The client brief inspired the team to not just to address the needs of the growing business but to also design the common spaces which can double up as their social gathering spots. Keeping in mind the design brief, an off-centred longitudinal axis was established which terminates at the balcony in the end overlooking the busy M.G. road and the Delhi metro track. We strategically placed all our services on one side of the axis and working area/administrative area on other side of the axis. At the entrance in front of the reception area was the board room furnished with state of the art facilities. Work-stations were placed along the conference room ensuring a trader's market sort of a feel. although segregation has been given as per the designation in the company. Adjoining the workstations were the main executives cabin overlooking the work stations on one side and MG road on the other side. The false ceiling was designed in such a way that all the overhead services and ceiling were independent of eah other and either of them can be changed/upgrade without effecting the other. Similarly, all partitions including bathroom p[partitions were made up of glass to minimize the space wastage, but at the same time, the privacy of the space were ensured. High-end modular furniture was used in the office and the carpet was imported from USA. The colour palette with mainly red, white and grey was used at the office. One could say without reservation that this is was one of the most stylish end high-end office of the whole corporate park.
