A duplex with a large courtyard full of plants and warm interiors with wood touches.

In this garden apartment the family living space spreads out generously on the ground floor, offering a feeling of openness and fluidity. The self-supporting glass panels, veritable architectural lanterns, create layers of light that flood the living room. This light, both soft and ephemeral, creates a continuous visual dialogue with the kitchen and living room, transforming every moment of life into a luminous and harmonious experience.

The staircase, once partitioned by walls, is now a meeting space between floors, bathed in light thanks to the attributes of UGlass. This choice of material enhances the interior circulation, allowing natural light to embrace spaces while preserving the privacy of its occupants.

On the garden level, the offices, which are true refuges, open onto a green setting, encouraging a direct connection with the surrounding nature. The carefully designed flower beds evoke a traditional backyard, inviting the family to relax and play outdoors. This landscaping is not only aesthetically pleasing; it creates a breathing space where residents can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of São Paulo, reconnecting with a certain simplicity of life.

Every element of this garden flat is designed to harmonize the well-being of its occupants with their environment. This project is a perfect example of how architecture can act as a catalyst for family life to flourish, by integrating light, nature and conviviality. In short, this house becomes a place where life can flourish in complete serenity.
