In 2017, the company held a competition to design its new headquarters, which is avant-garde and focused on sustainability, the environment and the well-being of its employees.
The project won by the 3ndyStudio team involved removing the northwest corner of the existing production building to create a new area to house the company's management and administrative offices.
The translation of the perimeter wall to the west into the new area generated a separate and independent volume, which provided better sound insulation and a more comfortable place to work surrounded by greenery, thanks to the installation of a vertical garden on the west side of the production building from which the volume was detached.

A further green area is located near the entrance in front of the main façade to further emphasise the feeling of working surrounded by greenery.
To promote the effect of panoramic views and visual depth, all the walls, both external and internal, are made of glass.
A suspended bridge on the first floor, also made of glass, connects the new building with the adjacent production area.

To protect the large external windows, a shading system of metal sunshades was designed, which run the full height of the building and shield it from the sun's rays while maintaining visual permeability to the surrounding environment. The design of the sunshade wall is inspired by leather fringes, a raw material of which the company is a leader in processing.

The building has 4 floors, 3 of which are above ground, composed as follows:
on the basement floor, serving the employees of the production part, there are the changing rooms, on the ground floor, near the main entrance, there is the lobby with the reception, which gives access to various reception rooms for customers,
the upper floors, used for administrative and management offices, have a garden on the mezzanine floor and a break area on the first floor, the staircase serving all the floors is located near the triple-height hall, with great visual impact inspired by a strip of leather running centrally along the "ramp", becoming its supporting element.
