To bring this to life, BPTP collaborated with Space Matrix to choreograph a space that feels less like a sales suite and more like a sensorial narrative. The reference point wasn’t commercial—it was cultural. Inspired by the elegance of French manor houses from the 17th and 18th centuries, the design distills their timeless grace into something thoroughly modern and deeply experiential.
The journey begins the moment one arrives. A façade of vertical fins and seamless surfaces gives way to a double-height lobby, where a suspended glass chandelier glows with quiet drama. Above, a sculpted ceiling ripples overhead, introducing motion, mood, and a gentle sense of anticipation.
The interiors unfold like a composition—warm bronze finishes, plush textiles, and thoughtfully layered lighting come together to set an atmosphere that is both aspirational and grounded. It’s not opulence for its own sake, but a precise calibration of comfort, elegance, and intentional detail.
Visitors are drawn into an experience of discovery. The space features an interactive product gallery, a tactile “Wall of History,” and architectural installations that echo the forms and materials of BPTP’s signature developments. It’s designed to invite touch, spark curiosity, and deepen understanding.
Meeting rooms vary in mood and intimacy—from formal settings to a more relaxed lounge with views of the hotel pool—each one tailored to support meaningful dialogue. Whether it’s a quiet negotiation or a casual introduction, the space flexes to meet the moment.
The Versailles Bar anchors the hospitality offering with unexpected richness, while a dedicated screening room—the Court Cinema—brings storytelling to life through high-definition visuals and immersive sound. Together, they create emotional texture: moments of pause, indulgence, and narrative impact.
An art gallery on-site adds a final layer of cultural resonance. Rotating exhibits and curated pieces lend the center a sense of place beyond commerce—underscoring BPTP’s commitment to beauty, heritage, and contemporary craft.
