Think Lightweight products are made primarily of 100% recycled wood or paper materials although there are some specialty cores using additional materials. The floating shelf, the architectural ceiling beam, and the large format wall or ceiling panel are all examples of excellent applications for our products. Think Lightweight has six unique lightweight panel technology options to meet various market and product demands Our products are FOAM LIGHT, 3/8” COMB LIGHT, LIGHT TACK, 1/8” COMB LIGHT, 1/8” LUXA LIGHT, and STRUCTA LIGHT. In addition to the supply of lightweight sheet materials, we also provide a finished lightweight component program. With over $3M of lightweight panel processing equipment, we provide this option in a timely and cost-effective manner. Over the past twenty-eight years, we have manufactured over 16 million lineal feet of lightweight panels and make 1000-1500 lightweight panels per day!
