The antistatic and static dissipative (SD) coatings, with a surface resistivity between 10(6) e 10(9) ohms, are used above all in the electronic and semiconductor sectors to avoid the accumulation of charges and to protect from the risk of electrostatic discharges (ESD - Electro Static Discharge ).
In this way it is possible to guarantee a reliable management of highly sensitive electronic components, greatly reducing damage.
Antistatic and static dissipative coatings offer many advantages over other materials, including lightness, ease of processing and resistance to wear.
This coating is fireproof and scratch resistant.
