Daisy Plissee Totem Tunnel Acoustic SoundBlossom Archiv Series...

We have been creating sustainability in design and manufacturing circular economy, a tremendous felt collection of natural, renewable, and sustainable materials with extraordinary durability that can filter room climate to ensure healthy air with sufficient humanity – one of a kind in acoustic design.

In times of social distancing, this flowery object serves to give us back the joy of living. Inspired by the Daisy Flower's positive values, this design was translated into a sound and formaldehyde absorbing, flexible, stable, sculptural, looped organic shape, inviting spring feeling into any interior spaces.

Daisy Plissee Totems are essential and monumental sculptures attractive beyond their functionality based on a unique idea in a more abstract sense. A human filing system and privacy/phone booth acoustic element that interacts with its user keeping the past usable for the present, supported by suspension loops making stowing/filing items easier alongside additional applications. Creating new solutions, allowing wall and ceiling surfaces to remain free, keeping spaces more visible.

Daisy Plissee Totems, with their incorporated air-tunnels with hidden perforations and corrugated cell curved structure, suck sound like a sponge, resulting in superb acoustic properties. Properties are further accentuated by the tunnel pores' directionality facing the source of the sound, inviting and filtering to reduce echo time and difference in noise level.

The collection includes towers, booths, baffles, racks, coat-racks, lamps, sconces, wall panels/racks, desk/room divider, tables, stools/benches, pinboards, baskets, desk etc. in various heights, conical, cylindrical, or other shapes and sizes with additional features such as clothing hooks, adjustable steel-ropes, swivel castors/feet, pins, tabletops, seat-base, shelves, bottoms in glass, felt board, wood, etc.

All elements can be piled/stacked to divide spaces, etc.

The masked metal frame makes it easy to install in any direction, directly on interior surfaces or suspended freely and easily to be taken down to maintain and move.
