For the Delicious Architecture exhibition, over 50 of the world’s most prominent architects and designers were invited to create works of architecture using primarily confectionery. dai joined the likes of Yves Béhar, Karim Rashid, and Piero Lissoni in creating an urban skyline made of chocolate. Utilizing layered petit beurre (Swiss army biscuits) and chocolate, the creation joins two typical and traditional Swiss memories in a work that evokes the linear modernity of the modern city. The exhibition debuted at the 2008 Milan Salone del Mobile, with subsequent showings in London, Paris, and New York.
