Regardless of building type or size (new build or retrofit), we design on a human scale, creating environments that endow the user with a sense of comfort and belonging while fostering connections to people, nature, colleagues, and engagement with the wider community. While our initial focus was on higher education projects (45+), today our portfolio has expanded to include visionary new projects in health and wellness, affordable housing, hospitality, and senior living.
