Wolfdown

Wolfdown, located within the downtown core of Canada’s capital city, is a popular German Streetfood Restaurant. Wolfdown is famous for their Berlin Döner Sandwich. Shean Architects analyzed the existing space and created a clean and energetic environment which compliments the atmosphere that the client envisioned. The natural light that enters through the front façade was strategically used to emphasize the natural textures of the materials chosen within, these materials compliment the existing exposed rustic ceiling. Bright whites were used to brighten the space even further, while an abundance of hanging lights creates an excellent street presence in the late evenings. Using a simple palette became the best strategy to offer a fresh modern space with natural elements.
