Completed in late 2022, Villa Kronbühl sits on a 1550 sqm lot nestled in a quiet neighborhood, in a dreamy setting between a sunflower field and apple orchard overlooking iconic Lake Constance. The landscape offers a lush extended garden that blends with its surroundings including a swimming pool that develops a natural synergy.
The home is designed with the goal of minimizing the three-story appearance by utilizing the surrounding environment and incorporating it into the base level of the home. Glass is applied throughout the design to optimize the view of the lake and create an openness between the indoors and outdoors. The home also includes luxury amenities including a wine cellar, entertainment room, wellness space, and sauna.
