A timber cottage on a stone base. It stands on the hillside next to a lake, orchard beneath, forest above. The traditional volume fits the environment, the interior opens to the excellent panorama, with a covered terrace towards the lake. The living room lined with wainscot, parts of the interior are painted in the colors of the garden. The design developed through many versions – from an early one-storey hill-house around an inner yard towards the final state of a compact two-storey building.
