A space where we spent almost half of our lives – a space where all our creativity and brainier works….!!


What’s it all about!!


A creative working environment where people meet people to convert ideas to reality from a boring brown monotony to a new generation office space – this time spaces takes a leap to a new advancements of creativity and dynamism.


Exim – Export Import Bank of India – wanted to create a space where the spaces are self inviting for the employees and the clients– from the old browns to the new greens where the colors play an important role in the making of this welcoming office space which is a new home to their people.


This project has been awarded the IGBC Green platinum rating and is one of its first kinds that have taken a leap in the Indian Public sector office spaces where the traditions come from its roots to be simplistic. This project is derived to showcase the Indian ambience with a touch of modernism where all meeting rooms are designed in a different state of art are named after different states of India – to bring in a sense of culture amongst the working people so they have something of their own kind.
