This symbol is intended to become a landmark of a new urban area in Tirana. This symbol is located at the entrance of this area , at the junction of four roads , one of which relates to the bypass area Tiranes. In this area prevails high buildings. Identify the axes of movement, respectively the entrance of Kashar, ongoing Kashar and pedestrian Boulevard has created the first lines of the concept. Movements at intersections translated into four plans that orient the movement in four directions. All four plans of movement interrupted in the center of the circle, where is proposed the new urban symbol. Plans of movement concertized in volumes. These volumes become a guiding element, identifying and land-marking the area and directed axes. Four axes of orientation roads have made the four plans that face each zone entry. Each volume which responds axes of movement will have integrated a clock. Each of these volumes has different altimeter. The highest volume is plates that faces the entrance to the zone, then they go down to the lowest altimeter which faces the pedestrian entrance to boulevard, as a symbol to be closer to human scale. Clock, the symbol of the area, will respectively placed in each volumes which responds to each of the movements in the area.
