The conversion of a prominent 50-story building into luxury condominiums in Midtown Manhattan, this project included a complete remodeling of communal spaces and apartment units. Upgraded units offer open, space-maximizing layouts and new finishes including Nordic Ash solid wood flooring, Poliform kitchen cabinets, Manhattan Calacatta Marble countertops and backsplashes. A ten-story glass addition affords unequaled panoramas of the Manhattan skyline, the Hudson River and Central Park. 23,263 SF of amenity space—featuring two resident clubs, a world-class spa and fitness center, screening room, indoor-outdoor pool, sundeck and private dining—are housed on three dedicated floors of the addition.
