the building project is a detached house in Winnenden/ Rems-Murr –Kreis. The buildings position is placed on a very exposed hillside situation. His main facade is orientated to south-east and uses the hillside situation for both of the two levels. The room program is customize for the 4 persons family needs.


Data of the residential house: 1300m³ Complete living surface 232 m² Useful are 75m² Terrace area: 110 m²


In the garden level there is the living area, the children´s room, master bedroom and all of the bathrooms as well as the adjoining rooms. The hight of the living room goes over two levels. The terrace stretching inf ront of the garden level is reachable of all south orientated rooms. The entry level includes the kitchen, the eating space and the children’s play room/ office. The kitchen and the children’s playroom are orientated to the terrace in front. The building volume lays parallel to the hillside like a long bar. The complete glazed main building facades ( hillside as well as valley side) ensure transparency and let through. With this the outside space (garden area) is given to the inner space. A fantastic and impressing room effect arise!


The short sides of the house are dense and builds the abut joint plane to the neighbours existing development. That the clear structure of the building stays unimpact the garage was placed as a separate structure beside the main building. Both structures build the relation between the upper garden surface to the down below garden surface. Also both roofs of the buildings have a flat roof design. All statical structure is completed in reinforced concrete. Nearly all wall planes inside are completed as exposed processing concrete (edgy) and in the post processing aged with a clear finish.


The ceiling bottom views of the in situ concrete are also created in exposed concrete and subsequent coated with white colour. Even all electric was placed in the ceilings. The equipments of the building are sophisticated. A straight forward and sustainable appearance was emphasized. The choice of all colours and all applied materials were phased very sensitive. The flooring are laid though out flagstones 1,50x0,55 Nero Assoluto in flashed and brushed surface. Part of the floorings like in the kitchen playroom and the childrens room are laid with stalls To emphasis the through out going transparency of the entrence level all falling protections are completed with frameless safty glass wall.


In the garden level all of the south facade garden level is rounded with the wooden ceiling. The wooden ceiling terrace is degraded in stead of the garden surface level. Shop window construction is created with sun protection plating and a black plastic enclose compound. All window profiles are done with heat insulation black gasdynamic spray coating. For the heat generation all wall and flat roof surfaces are completed with 160 mm heat insulation WLG 025 and the glazed surfaces reaches solar winnings and ensure an economic demand. The oil consumption is nearby 6,5 L /m² ( net) Instead of wall mounted radiators the building uses underfloor heating. In the master bathroom a own designed bathtub in exposed concrete is placed in the middle of the room and fits into the high grad selected bath appearance and to complete residential house.
