The design of the house was carried out in compliance with all legislation, taking into account the constraints related to terrestrial protection zones, such as reserved and flood-prone areas and national ecological reserve areas. The architectural language resulting from our thinking, refers to traditional construction in terms of cladding the facades and using multi-pitch roofs.
However, the configuration in plan is not linear – it is possible to observe that the common areas and the sleeping spaces are divided into different zones which, at the exterior level, causes a break in the general volume of the house. On the same farm, it is intended to rehabilitate a pre-existing single-family dwelling, preserving the existing architectural language, in terms of exterior walls and at the same time presenting a new architectural language with regard to the plan and volumetry of the roofs and respective coating.
