Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has planned to construct various buildings at New Islamabad International Airport (NIIAP) those include the following: Maintenance Hangar: 48,000.00 Sq.m, Bay Hangar – 90 x 70 x 26m for each Bay, International: 9,134 Sq.m, TGS Complex: 24,815 Sq.m including ULD Storage Area 8,750 Sqm, Domestic Cargo Complex: 2,496.00 Sq.m, P&L and MT, Works and Administration Building: 12,200 Sq.m, Flight Kitchen Building: 16,740 Sq.m.

Services Provided: Master Planning, Topographic Survey, Soil/Geotechnical Investigations, Architectural Planning and Design, Structural Design, MEP Design, Preparation of PC1, Preparation of Contract Documents, Pre-construction Services, Construction Management and Supervision.
