The building is constructed near two large industrial zones of Bien Hoa city. Every daily commute to work, customers are exposed to the factory environment filled with noise and dust. Therefore, our team wishes to deliver a truly relaxing and peaceful living space.
The architecture is erected on a fairly square land, on both sides of which lies the family's vegetable garden. To be harmonic with the surrounding landscape, the design of the block is not too high, the height increases from front to back following the roof slope.
The ground floor consists of a common room, the bedrooms of parents and the elder sister; the first floor is the room of the children, all connected by the floor interval of the house. Two courtyards, front and back, provide natural lighting and ventilation for the building.
The horizontally-rotating brick wall limits noise from the outside; thereby creating the necessary privacy, but still ensuring airiness. Customers love minimalism and lightness, so the architect chose white as the main color tone, combined with oak wood color. The green patches are arranged throughout the building, so that customers can indulge in the natural ambience regardless of where the space is.
Life in urban areas is always stressful, people need tranquil spaces close to nature, so that their mind can rest and recover from the fatigue of life and work.
