Desnivel Arquitectos as Architects

The project was developed in an area of ​​10 x 20 with north south Montealbán colony located in the northern city of Merida orientation. The generating idea was to create an environment that would break with the traditional style of offices and implement new working methods. The customer, a leading graphic design studio, accept the commitment to break the mold. The centerpiece of the project is Chaka tree, from which the spaces are distributed. When generating a green area an outdoor feeling inside creates and produces a microclimate within the project. How strategy generated double heights to create breadth and linking spaces, all overlooking the tree protagonist. The total project is 206 square meters distributed between 128 meters of construction on the ground floor and 78 meters on the top floor. The program consists of 4 offices spread among heads of design, counter service and office. Added is the reception, meeting room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and area designers. The project describes modern offices using the contrast material between the wood and concrete and through white walls and double heights create a sense of spaciousness necessary given the small size of the plot. Through the integration of the customer in the process of designing a suitable space to the needs of it was created, including individual requests as linked spaces and an atmosphere of friendly and permeable work.


The working environment is generated in a relaxed but professional atmosphere to this cafe as dissipation space and interaction between employees and customers, its own space for the ideas flow was designed.
