The structure is located near Okmeydani-Kagithane on D100 highway. The structured was designed to replace the old structures that were on the lot. The project includes 410 residences with different typologies. Residence types were designed in a flexible and modular manner so that they can compose different types with each other. Recreactional areas complement the structure which strengthen the concept of versatility. The main criterion was to preserve the neighboorhood’s old culture and yet integrate it to the current age’sand future’s standards. In order to achieve this, it was essential to adapt to the dynamism of the district. In parallelism with the needs and objectives, living units were located in three blocks and they were in the shape of a conservative shell. Facade was designed In a non-repeating rhythm and continous contrast. Sunset glow effect on facede that percepted by vehicle and pedestrian traffic, adequately hints cozy home sense inside the buildings.
