Residence interior for Mr. Anil Chauhan by J Architects
The client, a young family & their parents aspired for a minimal & iconic appearance for the residence.
The idea behind the design was to give a minimal and outlandish look to the client as well as to create a warm and zestful environment which anyone would like to experience.
The house is spread over 2 floors. The ground floor comprises of common spaces like #living room, #dining area, #pooja room, #kitchen, #parents bedroom, #powder toilet.
At the entrance welcoming circular wall mount veneer finish wall piece with Ganeshji artifact followed with veneer finish framed entrance, a ceiling cladded with teakwood battens followed on foyer wall gives warmth & welcoming feeling to the guests.
Past the #foyer, space opens up to #living & #dining space its appearance enhanced by the vibrant colour palette of #blue, #teal & #wood complemented by the circular Resin Art painting which is backlit.
The #living room also hosts a TV unit with drawers finished with veneer finish and backdrop wall in grey palette following the grooves.
For #dining area, wooden polished chairs complemented the #korean top #dining table.
#kitchen has a light color palette with #Quartz stone platform and sink whereas #glass acrylic sheet has been for the furniture with the profile light to compliment the space.
The parents' bedroom on the ground floor with attached #bathroom is designed with #grey, #beige, #teal palette for the soothing experience.
The master bedroom with attached #bathroom is designed with #blue, #beige, # grey palette with grey wooden flooring.
The brother’s bedroom has a theme of Racing so #grey, #black, #textured wall with backlit name, #wooden flooring & circular backlit mirror enhanced the look of the room, bathroom with a patterned #ceramic tiles gave a vibrant look with a customized shaped backlit mirror.
The #common space between two bedrooms has been converted into a multipurpose hall where the blinds when pulled down creates a separate area altogether. The color palette used #grey, #yellow, & #blue with a wooden centre table with Korean top gave an astonishing look to the space.
In general, the color palette is #pastel with #wood, vibrant upholstery & decor added a wholesome approach towards achieving an iconic appearance to the residence.
