Located in the historic center of Puebla, embarked on an exciting renovation with the aim of updating its brand without losing its essence. The mission was to maintain the contemporary cemitas service that had made it famous, but at the same time to open space for the exploration of signature cuisine and collaboration with other gastronomy professionals.
A SPACE FOR EVERYONE
Moyuelo sought to create a space that would accommodate a wide range of diners, from those looking for a casual drink to those who want to enjoy a personalized gastronomic tasting. The space also needed to be adaptable for groups that wanted to hold private events.
A VERSATILE AND WELCOMING DESIGN
To achieve this goal, a versatile space was designed with raw materials that create a neutral environment. This aesthetic allows the cymbals and their variety of colors to be the protagonists.
AN OASIS OF CALM IN THE HISTORIC CENTRE
Moyuelo's design seeks to create an oasis of calm within Puebla's busy historic center. The history and harmony of the existing materials on the façade were respected, achieving a space that invites relaxation and the enjoyment of good food.
A PROJECT COME TRUE
The construction of the project was in charge of the owner of the restaurant himself, who made small modifications to the original design, maintaining the essence of the proposal.
