A collection of four individual homes that share 200m of prime beach frontage and waterfront lawn, Jivana is operated much like a boutique hotel. Designed in a pavilion layout, individual structures are clustered around the main ‘Great Room’ of each villa. From there the gardens gradually fall away towards the ocean, embracing the swimming pool and flanked by salas that frame the distant horizon and a perfect sunset.
