Jardim da Parada Houses

blaanc as Architects

Rehabilitation of 3 apartments, in a 50's building, with T1 and T2 typologies. With the aim of optimizing resources and looking for an economy of scale , similar solutions were sought in terms of infrastructure and functional organisation, compatible with the 3  apartments. Simultaneously, variations were introduced in finishings and equipments, creating distinct identities for each one of them.
