This leading company aims to increase its global positioning by channeling its philosophy of teamwork and communication into its new offices, with the goal of completely enhancing the experience of its employees and allowing them to enjoy a unique work environment. The project considers the fact that human beings need specific places to collaborate, meet, and express their ideas—a space to explore, create, experiment, and share great dreams. Due to the company's practices based on mutual trust among colleagues, full dedication, and transparency towards the group, an empathetic, committed, and modern working environment was created.

Through architectural design, and inspired by the engine of creation, a range of solutions was developed to provide flexibility and accessibility to each space through ergonomics and the use of natural light. Social learning was reinforced by creating collaboration spaces designed for project development at different scales that allow the space to function as an incubator for both internal and external ideas and projects supported by technology aligned with diverse needs.

The integration of collaborative workspaces without assigned private and public zones is connected through a large belt that embraces strategic social points and formal meeting areas with a wooden pergola. Additionally, organic lines projected on the floor create direct paths with the organization's leaders and collaborators. The presence of the brand in this top-notch work environment fosters a healthy lifestyle with emotional connections and environments inspired by nature.

All these communal environments or spaces offer users distinct features to carry out their tasks based on their requirements, allowing employees to take control of the space and personalize it. The color scheme of the space follows color theory, combining neutral colors with brand tones to promote concentration and productivity. Specific details were implemented for each area, culminating in a communal dining area designed to stimulate and bring a sense of reflection to its inhabitants.

The design considers the maximum parameters of energy efficiency and sustainability to reduce economic and environmental costs. Playful and iconic spaces make the experience memorable and correspond to the cycle of experiences (welcome, interaction, and farewell) with the intention of creating memories aligned with the company's corporate identity.

Consequently, International Food Company achieves a more productive environment with happier employees, while continuing to guide and shape a world connected to the ingenuity of the future.
