Connected with Nature
The central idea of the Casa da Mata project was to seamlessly integrate nature into the architecture, creating a harmonious and balanced space. We incorporated natural materials like wood and stone, along with large windows to allow natural light to enter and illuminate the entire environment.
These windows enable natural light to flood in and brighten every room. The uninterrupted view of the forest provides a sense of connection with nature and a spacious atmosphere. Furthermore, the spaces were meticulously designed to be both functional and cozy, ensuring comfort and practicality in daily life.
Relaxation Area
The outdoor area of the house was carefully planned to offer the utmost connection with nature. The garden was designed to be an extension of the forest, featuring native plants and stones that blend harmoniously with the landscape. The recreational space is perfect for family and friends to gather and enjoy unforgettable moments in a unique environment.
The location of the house is also a significant highlight, as it "shields" its interior, creating an exclusive and private area for its residents.
The Concept
The concrete facade provides a contemporary and elegant aesthetic. The large glass openings give the house a sense of spaciousness and brightness, seamlessly integrating the interior and exterior.
The house was designed to offer maximum comfort and convenience for the family. The spaces are generously sized and well-ventilated, providing a feeling of freedom and tranquility. The social areas are interconnected, with the kitchen, dining room, and living room in one open space, allowing the family to socialize and enjoy the space together.
