Powering Progress: The HESCO Headquarters Project

COOOP. as Engineers, Architects & Interior Architects

COOOP proudly presents the Hyderabad Electric Supply Company Headquarters, a symbol of efficiency and modernity in Hyderabad, Pakistan. As the electric distribution company serving the southern districts of Sindh, HESCO plays a crucial role in providing reliable electricity to the region. Established in April 1998 as part of the revamping of the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) sector, HESCO took over responsibilities from the Hyderabad Area Electricity Board.

Designed by COOOP, the HESCO Headquarters reflects the company's commitment to excellence and innovation. Located in the heart of Hyderabad, this dynamic workspace serves as a hub for HESCO's operations, blending commercial functionality with modern aesthetics. With a focus on engineering precision and efficiency, the office is tailored to meet the evolving needs of HESCO's workforce and customers alike.

Through thoughtful spatial planning and ergonomic considerations, COOOP has created an environment that inspires and empowers employees, driving HESCO's mission of providing reliable electricity forward.

In essence, the HESCO Headquarters represents more than just a corporate workspace; it is a symbol of HESCO's commitment to efficiency, reliability, and progress in the electric distribution sector. Through its blend of commercial functionality, engineering excellence, and human-centric design, the HESCO Headquarters sets new standards for workplace environments in Pakistan's electric distribution industry.
