This dental clinic project, located in Getafe (Madrid, Spain) and covering an area of 117m2, aims to convey closeness and warmth to future clients. We seek to create a different experience, instilling in patients a sense of excitement about visiting the dentist, countering the typical feelings of fear or rejection associated with this type of environment, and instead, associating our space with safety and tranquility.
The clinic is conceived as a family environment, where a close relationship with the public is established, offering a service of excellence. We prioritize closeness to build trust in clients towards Hagü as their choice dental clinic, and also to add a differential value that promotes customer loyalty.
The clinic's design also considers the youngest patients, with a waiting room before the children's office designed especially for them, with arches that guide both children and their parents to the office, whose atmosphere evokes the feeling of diving into an underwater world.
The lighting, with dim and relaxing LED lights, helps to create a cozy and tranquil atmosphere throughout the space.
The fundamental pillars guiding the design and philosophy of the clinic are closeness, honesty, warmth, familiarity, and professionalism. The adopted style is clean and careful, paying special attention to shapes and colors. The arches, which run through the entire space, function as guiding elements, and pink tones are used to add warmth and comfort, while celestial tones in the door frames serve as a reminder that we are still in a dental clinic.
The name of the clinic, HAGU, has a special meaning that reflects our vision of a welcoming space, where everyone is welcome and where warmth and closeness will always be felt, like in a hug.
