the existing layout of the apartment was modified which resulted in working out a better layout with the optimum use of the carpet area. one enters the sprawling living room of the house opening up to the continuous balcony all around the house. the creation of the guest bedroom cum study enhanced the light & ventilation of the living room making it look further spacious. a bright yellow jali couch, a large clock on the wall, a custom designed 5' long crystal chandelier work as accent features in the living room.
the overall design of the house is simple & uncluttered. the colour palette is subtle with splashes of bright colours making the house vibrant. the 11' high ceiling adds to the spaciousness of the house. the space, light, stunning view and the balconies to view the seasons change makes this apartment a happy home for the family.
