Named after the famous eponymous commissioner, Gordon settled on a wasteland on Rue des Commissaires Est at the corner of Rue du Parvis. This version of the faithful trio of super heroes - oops, townhouses! - offers a renewed volume adapted to shake up order and order chaos: the main volume in light-colored cladding, sheltering the garages, is set back from the street, hiding the accesses to the garage under its overhang. A small advance in masonry joins the neighbor near the street to provide a transition and ensure a certain urban coherence. The openings are highlighted by darker bands that structure the composition of the façade. On the roof, a secret terrace is established on the brick volume, while a hidden loggia attempts to take up the typical openings to discreetly insert itself into the metal volume.
