GEPDEC Infratech Office Project

Dezinetree Projects as Architects

GEPDEC Infratech Ltd. Is a fast-emerging infrastructure organization that specializes in providing end to end turnkey solutions for both power & civil segments.

The Design concept rests on the company’s core business, energy transmission which is generated through different biomes. Entrance along with meeting rooms are inspired by the different landforms/biomes such as forest, desert, beach, mountains & farmlands. So, the colour palate eventually draws inspiration from their respective natural forms, which in turn leads to very vivid, colourful& cheerful outline. As the palate is blend of mixed tones with sophisticated layering of textures & tones creating depth & translating GEPDEC s strong brand identity.

The ideology behind the design is to provide such a working space which eliminates the visual barriers and provides an openness to the whole layout. Rather than making the employees feel isolated and disconnected, this design intended to make them feel more indulged and connected to the office environment.

The design proposed an amalgamation of formal and informal spaces so as not just to reduce the work-stress on the mind but also to increase efficiency of the employees. And this blend of spaces also imparts different opportunities to engage instead of just ideally sitting on a single table the whole day.

The layout is based on Glass Door & Window concept, which not only optimizes the distribution of natural light but also conveys an implicit message of transparency & facilitate communication as well. Glass Partitions and doors reduce the feeling of isolation from the team & at the same time they are relatively sound proof, which helps people to concentrate and focus on their work.

Executive Cabins are based on Grey-white theme. The Conference room is designed on a low light intensity with raw theme. The feature wall makes a statement with exposed red brick work superimposed with synthetic grass. The exposed ceiling paired with wooden framework having simple, straight architectural lines lend an understated sense of balance & peace to the room’s decor.

Careful selection of materials helps define and balance the space. In this Project, we have extended our vocabulary of materials according to demand of each individual space ensuring the both Practicality & versatility.

The office is eclectic, contemporary & super vibrant. Our only goal was to create alignment between business, culture & workplace that provides an experience.
