The house is located next to Punta del Este, internationally recognized place, a lovely setting on Jose Ignacio Lagoon overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Depending on the location of this particular game makes the interior architectural housing projecting outwards through a large glazed wall. This is accentuated by a glass of waterpool (in the entire length of the facade) that overflows freely on the lake, diluting the boundaries between built and nature. In contrast to this treatment, the facade of the access is satisfied by large wall that achieves the necessary privacy to the presence of high traffic route. The same frames the ocean views through a strategically located draft. The spatial conception of housing is based on the fluidity and integration of spaces. The double height living room is the great protagonist integrating all spaces both visually and physically into the lagoon. In the virtual access through a bamboo barrier refuses total display space, transcending this limit the visitor is greeted by a large living space that hits with a spectacular view of the lagoon and its natural environment. This integration with nature was also taken into account when choosing the finishing materials that were brought especially from Indonesia. The bathrooms and swimming pool liners are made of natural stone like the hand silk and sculptures was carved in origin. Despite the impressive volume of the construction is done in harmony with the environment by using native plants surrounding the house and guide the visitor to access.
