Designed by award-winning architects Hames Sharley, Essence Apartments is contemporary luxury living at its best.
Located in the heart of Claremont Perth WA, the apartments offer spectacular views over the Claremont parklands and toward the Swan River.
Using timber as the material of continuity between rooms, the designers have utilised Abodo’s thermally modified Vulcan timber as linings and joinery, bringing in a sense of intimacy by creating a warm glow with hidden lighting.
Each glass-fronted lock-box is beautifully framed by the Vulcan joinery allowing other residents to admire each other’s wine collections.
With such thoughtfully designed timber-lined spaces, we can picture the beautiful summer social evenings tasting wine and cheese.
