The house was built around 2000 , and the brief from the client was to change all the interiors and to give the house a new vibe , a fresh one and a timeless one.
It’s harder to change an existing building than building a new one. You never know what you can find underneath. This was the key challenge, to work with what we found.We didn t change the layout of the house, but we have changed every material, every lighting source and every detail of the house.
We chose special ceramics, big tiles (100x300) to cover the bathroom walls, and some walls in the living room area. Those marble looking ceramics are nicely blend with dark wood floors in the open living and dining room area.
