Centurion Asset Management Inc.

Bullock + Wood Design as Architects

Centurion Asset Management Inc. is a recognized leader in the Investment and Property Management industries, providing quality investments for their clients, along with quality multi-residential apartments and off-campus student residences across Canada, as well as in Texas and Georgia in the United States.

When space became available, this rapidly growing company jumped at the opportunity to design a full floor office environment to unite their staggered team and solidify their corporate identity. These new contemporary offices enable their business to serve a wide range of clients, from tenants to property investors.

Your eye is immediately drawn through the elevator lobby to the striking royal-blue lounge chairs that contrast the warmth of an umber leather sofa and a feature wall displaying the Centurion logo. This Welcome Area is a unique aspect of the project, designed to provide a virtual greeting experience.  Reflective of a living room, this area provides guests with the comforts of home while boasting an impressive, concealed passage to Centurion’s main conference room.  The fine detailing and design of this feature wall with concealed door disguises any trace of an opening including all hardware and security.  This provides Centurion with the highest level of discretion to ensure confidential meetings will not be disrupted and prevents unwanted visitors from stealing a look into the room.

Access to the work areas are strategically setback allowing the Welcome Area to feel unrestricted to reinforce the trust which is inherent in Centurion’s corporate culture. A variety of private meeting spaces were designed and wellness strategies implemented were height-adjustable workstations and desks for everyone, a privacy room with a walk station and lockers. The lunchroom offers low levels of artificial light that allows the area to be bathed in different shades of natural light. The windows also provide dramatic sunset views and the living wall’s water filtration system sound is spa-like. All this and the hospitality and friendliness of the employees, make this place a special one
