Center Parcs Woburn Forest

Holder Mathias is architect and lead designer at Center Parcs Woburn Forest for the 16,000m2 pool and leisure building together with the 24,000m2 sports, conference and spa complex with a combined construction value of £97m. These feature Center Parcs’ largest and most sophisticated "sub tropical swimming paradise" (STSP), a state of the art spa, sports facilities and conference venue together with a wide range of restaurants, retail offers and leisure activities. The whole complex is designed to be invisible from outside the site and this was instrumental in securing planning consent at a public inquiry.
