Single Family Room. 540 M2. The house is located in the suburbs of Mexico City where low temperatures prevail in much of the year; wall placed on a rectangular field where existing plant elements stand on the farm. Taking this as a starting point for the design, spaces are arranged so that the plant elements having a much respected as visual spatial correlation, placed at each end of the block-shaped land generating an opening double height in the part Central which in turn are connected by a bridge, allowing entry of natural light and heat to all areas of the house. The program is distributed on three floors. In the first we find the areas of service and a multipurpose room that is connected with the garden; in the access floor is a study, kitchen and social area. This last major element of the house nested for its double height, which ends with the tree, natural character of the house; in the third and final have the sitting area and TV room. The change of materials in the facade looking for a visual balance that breaks with the simple geometry of intersecting cubes.
