Casa al Circeo

The renovation project concerns an apartment located between the wide green valleys and the Circeo sea. The planimetric reorganization has allowed the creation of a large living room and 3 comfortable rooms, one of which with a walk-in closet, the 2 bathrooms are little but functional. The custom-designed furniture is enhanced by warm and bright colors and is combined with a delicate and diffused lighting that marks the spaces with elegance. The light cuts that accompany the visitor inside the home emphasize the space but also the rustic and refined wooden floor of the heated floor. In the living room, in a suspended partition, there is space for the television, located in a niche, and the bioethanol fireplace that heats and defines the spaces of conviviality and family life. The choice of combining the living room with the kitchen has led to the design of an island unit that defines the space through a geometric design of volumes, which give continuity to the space without revealing the large kitchen completely, divided by the island&" plank that is repacked on himself in continuity with the volume of the cupboard. Using an old disused chimney, natural lighting could be brought into the blind bathroom with the solar tunnel that floods the space with light. The technological systems (floor heating and ducted air conditioning) make this apartment an environment full of comfort and elegance.
