The design concerns the expansion of the Cabel Leasing headquarter, in the center of the town of Empoli.
The program is developped on two floors; on the ground floor we arranged the connection with the existing building, and there are located the executive and managing offices; on the first floor a wide open mezzanine floats in the air, holding a flexible meeting room.
The main offices are placed on the perimeter of the lower floor as to keep free the central area for distribution and connections between the offices. The upper mezzanine is leaned on metal beams crossing the room.
The floor is made of red dotted rubber, all the rest is gray, white and beech; the feeling is warm and confidential and in a someway it reminds the typical familiar firm of Tuscany... betwen industry and craft.
