A home with welcoming environments, with a combination of neutral colors and a minimalist proposal. This was the starting point for the renovation, designed by architect Daniel Santana, of this 400m² residential building, in Granja Viana, in São Paulo.
When taking on the interior project, the architect was impressed by a plan, which has a double height in the social area, with the aim of creating a more fluid layout that follows the main living spaces. With the aim of meeting the needs of residents
A young couple with a young daughter, the player Gleison Bremer, defender of the Brazilian national team and the club Juventus, in Italy. In two months, the architect redesigned the residence's living and privacy areas to allow residents to enjoy their vacations in Brazil.
The facade was partially renovated, with the installation of a guardrail and a glass staircase. Upon entering the living room, you can see a large wooden panel that extends to the TV room, which is close to the gourmet area. In addition, a reading space was created that gives access to the main living room, which is composed of a double floor. Subsequently, the architect chose to use materials that align between contemporary and modern. In this way, porcelain tiles with a marbled texture, wood and gold details are combined, in addition to opting for neutral-colored furniture. Another relevant point of this project is the large fireplace that integrates the TV room and the dining room. The project's lighting consists of LED profiles on the ceiling and indirect lighting in details, which provides identity and uniqueness.
In the kitchen, an organic island was inserted that adapts to the shape of the walls of the house, as well as a backlight effect in the niche above the sink counter, which resulted in an extremely elegant look. No handles were used on any of the furniture in this space, giving the space a minimalist look, with a clean and sophisticated atmosphere.
In the intimate area of the residence, in the master suite, neutral furniture was used. In the couple's bathroom, the round bathtub was replaced by a more modern bathtub with several functions, including a waterfall. The daughter's suite features a playful design, which is applied through the furniture. The project presents versatility, a neutral concept and organic shapes, with the bunk bed being the most prominent element. In short, the two guest rooms located at the top only received infrastructure improvements, such as painting, changing the flooring, renovated plaster and lighting with built-in curtains.
