In a very narrow site located north of Bogotá, being a small budget development and with planning restrictions regarding the number of apartments due to the ratio of parking spaces per apartment, the project is developed as one unit per floor, but designed in a way that each unit has an independent space that can be either rented as a small apartment or used as an office. The narrowness of the site, a challenge at first, was turned into an advantage when the facade was opened to the beautiful park adjacent to the site, making spaces feel less narrow and more connected to nature. Due to the length of the front facade that only allowed space for two car park entrances, pedestrian access was located on the facade facing the park having as a result an improved spatial experience when accessing the building
